All payments are final and nonrefundable. However, the amount paid may be transferred as a credit toward another eligible Gentle Heal Solutions service. Credits are subject to availability, must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. To request a service change, please contact Gentle Heal Solutions before your scheduled service date.
